There is a general belief that doing things that result in more fat burning is automatically the answer to fat loss woes and struggling weight loss goals.
However, this is not an exact science. It does not necessarily mean it is true in a given situation.
While we interchangeably like to use fat burning and fat loss, there are specific scenarios in which this can get confused and lead to incorrect strategy and poor thinking around fat loss planning.
In this episode, I explore the difference between fat burning and tangible fat loss. Using key examples from my experience as a Dietitian and the most common scenarios in which this creates misinformation, I will explain how they are different and what you should be focusing on instead.
