In this sermon called "Hope for the Journey", we look at 1 Peter 3:18-22. This passage contains incredible hope for us in those moments when we are weary. Peter turns our thoughts to certainty of hope we have in Christ's death, resurrection, and ascension to reign eternally at the right hand of the Father. When we go through difficult times, we must look to the certainty of the gospel and know that whatever we are going through is not the end of our journey. This is a very difficult passage of Scripture and has been much debated throughout the history of Christianity. I pray that I can help us to focus on the big picture of what Peter is saying as well as give some guidance on the difficult details.

Listening to sermons online can be a great way to keep up with a sermon series if you are unable to attend church but should never be a substitute for regular attendance of a gospel-centered and bible teaching church.
