"He is risen! He is risen indeed!" This traditional Easter greeting has been used by Christians for centuries. It is a proclamation that we believe that Jesus Christ, the Son of God, our Savior, rose from the dead conquering sin and death. But the resurrection is more than just something we believe about Jesus. Romans 6:4 states, "...just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life." Do you see that? We too may live a new life! What a promise! What a hope we have in Christ! This Easter sermon is called "Living the Resurrection" and looks at the new life we have because of Christ's resurrection.
