Description

It is easy to get caught up in thinking certain things will last forever.  We might look at our culture, our political system, or our economy and think surely these things will endure.  Sometimes, especially when we are younger, we look at our own success and believe things can only continue to get better for us.  Yet things that we trust in are often not as certain or permanent as we think.  At the beginning of Matthew chapter 24, Jesus' disciples make a comment about the impressive temple building in Jerusalem.  Then Jesus gives them a healthy dose of reality by telling them that the entire structure will soon be demolished.  Instead, Jesus says that they should live with the end in sight, trusting that God's plans are greater than any human plans and that we must understand that the things of this life will pass away.  In a sermon called "Living with the End in Sight: Part 1," we look at Matthew 24:1-51.

Listening to sermons online can be a great way to keep up with a sermon series if you are unable to attend church but should never be a substitute for regular attendance of a gospel-centered and bible teaching church.
