Walking around in the dark can be dangerous. You move slowly, with arms outstretched, so that you can feel things before you bump into them. But what if you didn't? What if you walked as if the lights were on and you could see perfectly? You would have some bad bruises and possibly some broken furniture! This sermon looks at John 9:1-41 and is called "Open Your Eyes." In this passage we see a man who was born blind, be healed by Jesus. We also see people who think they can see, but are actually stumbling around in the dark. We are challenged to open our eyes to the powerful truth about Jesus Christ.
