When I was younger I was fascinated, and somewhat terrified, by the idea of amnesia. I cannot imagine not knowing who you are, where you have come from, or how you got where you are. This sermon looks at Colossians 1:9-14 and is called "Remember" because in it Paul prays that Colossian Christians would know who they are in Jesus Christ. They are not without a past. God has an eternal plan that is carried out through His Son, Jesus, and they are part of this plan. They need to know this. They need to remember. We are tempted to run after so many things to give our lives meaning and purpose and often we run after the wrong things because we forget what we have through Jesus Christ. I pray we will be challenged to remember who we are in Christ.

Listening to sermons online can be a great way to keep up with a sermon series if you are unable to attend church but should never be a substitute for regular attendance of a gospel-centered and bible teaching church.
