I remember sending out invitations for our wedding. At the end of the invitation were four letters - "RSVP". These four letters represent a French Phrase that I will not attempt to spell out here, but basically it means please send a response. We needed to know how many people were coming to our wedding so we needed people to send their response to the invitation to let us know if they were coming or not. I think we should have those four letters in mind whenever we read Scripture - RSVP - respond. This sermon is called "RSVP" and looks at Matthew 9:1-34 where we see that Jesus responds to our greatest need. We also see that we must respond to Jesus. Some, like Matthew, respond in faith. Others respond in a negative way. Through it all, Jesus keeps on showing us who he is and calling us to respond.

Listening to sermons online can be a great way to keep up with a sermon series if you are unable to attend church but should never be a substitute for regular attendance of a gospel-centered and bible teaching church.
