At any given moment we are all both leaders and followers. We are looking to someone for guidance and leadership. Meanwhile, others are looking to us. Sometimes, possibly even most of the time, this happens without us really thinking about it and this can be dangerous. We may not even know what criteria are we using to judge whether or not someone is worth following or whether or not we are being good examples to others. This sermon is part 3 of our brief series called "Keeping LIfe on Track in 2016" and looks at the two ideas of "Serving and Shepherding." Servants and shepherds are both used often in Scripture as illustrations of leadership.
