The word "gospel" means good news. The phrase, good news, is almost too small to contain all that the gospel truly is. Last week we looked at the idea that the gospel is God's great news for us. This sermon looks at the truth that the Gospel is God's Great Plan. God had a plan before he created anything. This plan was for us to live in his presence, displaying and enjoying his glory. While we can look at Jesus' death and resurrection as the core of the gospel, we can also look at all of Scripture as the gospel which shows us God's plan for our lives. It is an incredible plan for our good and his glory and the better we understand this plan the better we will understand that the gospel is truly great news!
