There is so much joy when a baby is born. It is the joy of new life and the joy of getting to know the child as he or she grows. One of the most used phrases by Christians about becoming a Christian is the term "born again." This phrase came from Jesus in John chapter 3 and helps us to understand what being a Christian means. When we become Christians we don't just add Jesus into our lives, we are "born again" and have a new life in him. This understanding of new life in Christ is part of our joy rooted in Christ.
