Have you ever thought that if the world could just see some amazing miracle, then more people would believe? There is such a miracle. It is a miracle that has been going on for over two thousand years. It is a miracle that takes place when messed up people are saved and transformed by the gospel of Jesus Christ and then come together to live for, and display, that gospel in everything we do. In John 17:20-26 Jesus, right before he is arrested, prays for everyone who will ever believe the gospel. The main thing he prays for, which he believes is an essential display of the power and effectiveness of the gospel and an important proof of his identity as the Son of God, is the unity of those who believe. In this sermon, called "The Miraculous Proof of the Gospel”, we will look at John 17:20-26 and see why our unity in Christ is so important.
