Have you ever worked hard for something only to find you were working on the wrong thing and going in the wrong direction? There are so many things that can cause us to veer off course even as we seek to follow Christ together. In the church in Corinth there were a lot of things that they were focusing on and taking pride in, but they were losing their way. Paul tells the Christians in Corinth, "I will show you the most excellent way," and then moves into 1 Corinthians chapter 13 where he emphasizes the absolute importance of love.
