So many people want the end product of their goals and the growth without fully understanding that the process to reach those goals requires you to get uncomfortable.
My favorite saying in yoga is get comfortable feeling uncomfortable.
The reason we do something is because we think it will make us feel a certain way once it’s completed, but what about if you don’t complete it? Then most people label themselves as a failure, or uncommitted, etc. But the great part about life is that we each get to decide if that meaning is serving us, and if it isn’t then we can choose a new meaning and try again.
