Last week I shared a Reel on Instagram that said, "If you feel anxious your work is Self Trust".
More and more people are struggling with anxiety and, unfortunately, we have not been taught how to navigate our own mental and emotional wellbeing to know how to handle these emotions and not be overcome by them.
One important thing to distinguish is that you are not anxious, you experience anxiety, just like you experience all of the other emotions. You are not your emotions, you are the feeler of them.
Learning how to trust yourself to handle the obstacles of life is one of the most important skills to build.
