You cannot be against something to change it. You cannot shame yourself into change and expect it to last. You cannot be against yourself and expect to create a harmonious, trusting relationship with yourself.
All change starts with awareness of where you are and where you want to be. From there you'll want to get on your own side and develop trust within yourself.
Start to look at what thoughts you are telling yourself about food, your body, being healthy, eating, etc and how that is impacting your results you've created. Get curious and notice how that isn't the only truth - because there are people who are experiencing different results than you are - what else could be true that would feel better?
