Today's episode is a meditation called Taking In The Good.
Inside psychologist Rick Hanson's course: Positive Neuroplasticity he teaches how to "take in the good" by Letting Be, Letting Go and Letting in positive experiences.
As we have talked about on the podcast before, we all have a negativity bias, which means our brain learns quickly from bad experiences and slower from good experiences, so it is important to do the work to let in good experiences so they can become more default to us.
This meditation, when done regularly, can help you turn to the good experiences (and let them in) easier, quicker.
