Negative thinking produces negative emotions and most people claim that they want to “feel happier” or “feel better” but they are spending the majority of their time in negative thought (which produces negative feeling), complaining, holding on to their excuses or limiting beliefs. 
If you want to feel better in your life you will need to place your focus on things that feel good, and take it off of what doesn’t. Sounds too simple to work? Give today’s podcast episode a listen, and learn more. 

Negative emotion means you are out of alignment. It’s part of the human experience to experience a wide range of emotions, but if you are given the choice (which you are!) then why wouldn’t you want to feel better more of the time!?
