According to Doreen Virtue in her book: Constant Craving, there are four primary emotions behind emotional eating and she uses the acronym FATS for those emotions.
In today's episode we discuss the primary and sub emotions to help you gain awareness of what you are feeling when you turn to food for relief from the discomfort and we discuss what to do instead of buffering so you don't create more "problems" for yourself.
