Resistance is a part of life, you can't escape it, but you can develop self-awareness and learn how to move through it.
Positive resistance is when you know you want something, but it's not a habit or natural for you to do it automatically, and you experience a bit of push back from your ego.
Negative Resistance is when you know something isn't for you, and your highest self is sending you that resistance. Give today's episode a listen to learn more and start applying these concepts to your life!
