Today's episode is on the emotion of Self pity, which is quite a destructive emotion. It will keep you feeling separate from others and doesn't allow you to see a solution.
Self pity is a self absorbed feeling for ones-self, fuelled by a high view of ones-self and an attitude of entitlement. 
For a while I was stuck in self-pity, and I really don't think anyone can help you out of that place. You need to be the one who decides: enough is enough, and make changes. My hope is that this episode will bring some awareness to where this is showing up in your life, and help you move through it to a more empowering place.
