This week we are talking about stress.
Your mind is beyond powerful - that can be the best news ever, or not - depending on if you use or mind or let it use you.
When you google the definition of stress you'll get: "Stress can be defined as a state of worry or mental tension caused by a difficult situation."
How I think about stress is that it's not caused from something "out there", it's caused from "in here" (your mind).
A difficult situation doesn't cause you stress, how you think about a difficult situation causes you stress. It's important to remember that we do have power over our experience on Earth but utilizing the power of our thoughts and really questioning the thoughts we think.
When you learn how to think about yourself as a capable person, for example, you may experience less stress when in a difficult situation because you believe you are someone who can handle tough things.
