Building awareness is the first step in growth. You need to become aware of WHAT you are thinking, and how those thoughts feel.
For many people, their thoughts are on “not enough” and problems most of the day.
That’s not sufficiency energy, that’s lack energy. And if you have lack in your thoughts then your outer world will be lack as well because whatever you believe becomes truth for you.
Think about sufficiency: I am enough, I have enough. I have what I need. I am figuring it out.
It’s not necessarily abundance (I have more than enough, I am more than enough) but for people who are in lack, sufficiency energy is easier to get to than abundance because it feels truer. Abundance energy will follow if you continue to manage your mind.
Where you are right now in life might not be exactly what you want but you are okay. You are figuring things out and taken care of in this moment.
THAT is where your energy needs to be if you want to make changes and be in abundance.
Not on all your “problems” and how who you are and what you have isn’t what you really want. That’s just going to bring you down further.
In the words of Jill Bolte Taylor, “Take responsibility for the energy you bring into this space.”
It’s up to you to coach yourself through those thoughts of insufficiency.
Nothing changes without your change in energy.
This is totally doable.
