Back in March of 2020 I recorded the original episode "Thoughts are not Truth" and today's episode is the part 2.
A few weeks ago I read a post about how your toothpaste shouldn't foam. I thought about the people who might read that and think "that's not true" and then I started to think about how we just think about things being "true" based on if we were taught that or raised that way.
Everything in life that we believe to be true is based on what we were taught or if we changed our beliefs. This is what causes "problems" in relationships. One person believes one thing, and the other person believes the opposite. It depends on the two people's growth level to be able to accept those differences in beliefs and not need to make the other person "wrong" to feel "right".

I also talk about the best time to make change, and how your beliefs about those changes will impact the success or failure of the situation.
