A meditation + visualization practice is one of the most beneficial habits to add to your routine because of the space it allows you to quiet your mind (which is usually focused on unhelpful thoughts) and imagine what you want to create.
Imagination is something that is encouraged in young kids, but we stop using our mind creatively as we grow up.
I love the quote: "If you are going to imagine a future, you might as well make it one you want to live!" which is exactly what a visualization practice is all about.
