Today's episode is a personal story about thoughts (that are not necessarily real) creating feelings.
Remember that any thought you think can and will create a feeling in the body. The thought doesn't have to be real even. So that means you could be feeling some negative emotions for no reason other than your mind running rampant, worrying about worst case scenario.
The most important work there is is to become a master of your mind and not let it be a master of you!
