Message Notes
“No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted you will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money.” Is not life more important than food, and the body more important than clothes? Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life?” - Matthew 6:24-27

  1. Who of you, by worrying, can add a single hour to your life?
  2. Who of you have worried so much that you think you may have shortened your life expectancy?
    - Worry is a waste of time, and time equals life, so worry is a waste of life.
  3. Is there anything more valuable to you than staying alive? And if so, will worrying enhance the thing that you value more than your life?
    - We are to do all that we can do and then trust God to do what we can’t.
