And he was one of the competitors who really gave Craig a lot of pressure on the World Champion Title side of things. Just as Burton was negotiating a Jason Ford Pro Model, Jason, Tim Pogue, and a handful of industry rebels created Ride Snowboards. Jason and Ride made history and world wide news when Ride went public. In his third act as a pro snowboarder Jason helped Salomon develop a snowboard program.
