Mike Basich has been a huge part of snowboarding for over 30 years. From winning pro contests to his unforgettable and unique selfie series of snowboard photos, not to mention building his own off grid paradise complete with snowcat and chairlift oh and let’s not forget the hot tub… Mike has progressed a connection to nature in snowboarding that matches any other vein of progress in the community. We recorded a block away from his sister Tina’s house, in his new home which he was renovating as he rebuilds his family’s life after two devestating fires.
