Josh Dirksen is one of the nicest pro snowboarders I've ever met. Hailing from Oregon and riding out of Mt Bachelor, Josh developed amazing surf style snowboarding through a career of competing, filming, and freeriding. Living with his family in Switzerland, I caught up with Josh at The Mount Baker Headquarters in Bellingham Washington just an hour from my house. Plane tickets for Josh and his daughter had already been purchased so even though the LBS is postponed because of lacklustre snow levels, Josh was in Washington and had time for an interview.
