Hi, I'm Connor with Honor - message me here!
Connor MacIvor says everyone is asking the wrong question about artificial intelligence. It will not replace God, he says, but it might replace your idea of God.He points out that people already use AI for therapy, moral guidance and comfort at 2 a.m. The machine answers every time, with no judgment and no weight, but it is an echo. It reflects what you feed it and tells you what you want to hear. He contrasts that with Jesus, who tells you what you need to hear, even when it sucks. His warning: a machine that is always available, polished and agreeable is exactly what makes it dangerous as a substitute for the real thing.
