Maybe you're like me and you have to love yourself more.
In this bonus episode (2 of 4 for this week) I am encouraging us all to love ourselves more. And when I say more, I mean more often. Get in the habit of making time to love on yourself frequently and in more areas than the typical self-care categories that we see.
I recommend loving yourself like you love children: with kindness, grace and patience. Part of self love is leaving space for mistakes and kicking out perfectionism.
