Maybe you're like me and you are changing.

If you have been hanging around since the beginning of Season 2, then you know that my word for the year is "Intentional".  The main area I wanted to be more intentional in was working on my habits. So to assist in  forming my new habit of habit change, I began to read lots of books about habits. It's been so helpful!

In this episode I talk about my favorite book on habits that I've read so far is Gretchen Rubin's Better Than Before. I share some of the concepts from this book in particular that have helped me to understand myself a little better and have allowed me to successfully  implement some new habits. And the new habits have been serving me. I'm amped!
