Their knowledge and insights have helped to keep Joseph Pilates’ vision alive. I’m grateful to everyone who listened, shared, and supported the podcast, especially my longtime subscribers.
So my loyal listeners, after seven seasons, it feels like the right time to step back and make space for other parts of life.
