What Helps GHk Finally Click?

Have you ever felt like you were beginning to understand GHk—and then discovered another whole layer you didn't know was there?

Maybe you started by looking up symptoms and conflicts. Then you encountered germ layers, handedness, tracks, the two-phase pattern, hanging conflicts and hanging healings, hormone status, constellations, and biological solutions. And suddenly GHk looked much bigger than “symptom = conflict.”

I recently returned from an in-person GHk weekend in Cedar Point, North Carolina, where 30 of us spent two and a half days learning together. I came home thinking about one question: What actually helps GHk finally click?

That's what I explore in this week's podcast. We'll talk about why collecting information isn't the same thing as understanding the complete framework, why the order in which you learn matters, and why an experienced teacher should help you think biologically rather than simply hand you answers.

We'll also look at the value of working through case studies, finding a GHk buddy, the differences between online and in-person learning, and why community can make such a difference when you're learning to apply GHk in real life.

The goal isn't to become the fastest person in the room at naming a conflict. The goal is to understand GHk well enough to use it.

That's when GHk finally begins to click.
