But a pair of blockbuster developments could change that narrative in the future. We wrap up the discussion with big news out of Frankfort with Governor Beshear’s announcement to resurrect the online health insurance exchange, Kynect. Reporter Chris Larson gives some details on when we can expect the online portal to reopen as well as some cost figures in the revival and maintenance of this project.
