- I learned that I didn’t even know what I was feeling a lot of the time
- When you are unhappy you are focusing on something that you can’t change, start focusing on something you can change and you can transform your feelings
- If you feel sad, feel sad, sit with it, explore it, be curious!
- Commit to curiosity and compassion during this journey!
- This journey isn’t easy, it takes daily practice but it’s worth it!
