If you are not giving yourself the space to grow and become more you will stay stuck and continue to recreate the past. Think of a flower -- if it does not have space to open up and flourish, it stays small and stuck.

When we try to do ourselves out of a certain frequency, it doesn’t work. There is nothing more productive than shifting your energy up. Align with your higher self.

Tap into what the next level of yourself looks like. This creates the space for you to sit down and be quiet where you can tap into the next version of yourself. That is how you uplevel.
