What The UPLEVEL Really Is;
What Does It Mean & What To Do Once You’re In It
“When you start to choosing your life and be intentional about your decisions, it can kind of feel like your whole life is blowing up, however it’s all happening with purpose” (1:30)
If you have been living one way your entire life, with beliefs and conditions that you weren't fully aware of and you begin to be more aware of those and begin changing those, your external world will start changing as a result.
“Your external world will always reflect what you believe to be true.” (2:15)
When we change our beliefs, we will act differently and choose differently, and that will cause things in our life to come out of the balance we once knew. But, “let the old fall away, because its happening with purpose” (3:30)
How to navigate once you are in the UPLEVEL 5:20
“You are a total creator of your life; everything that is in front of you is a reflection of something inside of you.” (6:00)
Any time that you have conflict in your life, whether with a person or situation, that conflict is there to show you a place still in need of healing in your own self. So there is always a purpose for what is happening in your life.
“Life is always happening FOR you.” (7:00)
Everything that comes up in your circumstance around you, is a reflection of you. Difficult things and beautiful things; it is all a manifestation of you.
“Moving through the UPLEVEL can seem dark and unclear at first.” (8:55)
You may experience negative thoughts and self doubt or urges to jump ahead, but everything needs to be handled as it comes. Those negative thoughts are showing you areas you still need to address. The ideas and urges to jump ahead are giving you glimpses of what's to come. But it all must be handled with care and given the proper time to fully develop. You will get there!
“An idea is a seed planted in the ground. You can't plant it and immediately stomp your foot and demand that it becomes a flower.” (14:00)
It takes time to grow an idea. Let it take its time and develop and grow into what it is supposed to be.
“A goal is just an excuse to go on the journey, and the journey is where life is.” (15:20)
