Morning routines can help, but they aren’t the only thing. Do what works best for you - for me, I have a straight-forward morning routine for every day [weekends too].
What do I do in the morning? I spend time in three areas for about 20 minutes each
Calm [ meditation ] open space where I wait on thoughts and emotions
Apps that are useful for guided meditation
https://www.headspace.com/
https://www.calm.com/
https://insighttimer.com/
Insight timer is free to use, the other two are mainly pay-for-play, and I can say that Insight timer works well.
Also, this YouTube channel which may be somewhat unknown:

Thoughts [ journal ] often I’m working out for this and really 20 minutes during the week and longer on the weekends
A GREAT journal to use: https://shop.impacttheory.com/
Emotions [ getting in touch / self-love ] exploring feelings without dismissing them or labeling them positive or negative
Why?
This isn’t driven by a doctor, and I’m not a doctor – an hour a day (1/24 of my day) on me. It's my time and it brings me the drive and peace to keep going when a lot of overwhelm and external issues could have just influenced me to give up.
