If you set your mind to something, you can do it. Never think you can. Never start at a place of telling yourself, this is too hard, too detailed, has too many steps, people will laugh, people won’t get it, no one will like it, it’ll turn out bad
Turn that off for a minute – just think about the end result. Your Cosplay is complete – you’re at the Con, it’s fun – and it took a lot of work, but you got there.
Followers – you will gain them if you want
People will engage and want to work with you if that’s where you want this to go
Be clear – inside with what you want and what you’re getting – and when you suddenly think it’s not going the way you want it to – ask yourself – “Was I clear about what I want, now that I’m thinking it isn’t enough?”
How can it not be enough, when you never thought about what it was going to be in the first place?
It’s fun, it’s learning, it’s interacting, and it’s finding your Cosplay tribe. If you’re new, or if you’ve been here a long time, you can do anything with it, you will do what you want – and we’re all here to support that.
