Foaming is also hard to do. It requires a lot of planning on how small pieces are going to fit together.
Being an engineer helps as you have the ability to see how things fit together – should you be creating your own patterns.
Following patterns and cutting foam is easier compared to sewing. It’s a matter of sizing correctly and then finding an adhesive that keeps everything together.
Let's get into the basics of foam building, and all the parts that I currently struggle with, and those things that I find are better outsources to the experts.
