It's true, somehow Sensei Jackie, Sensei Landyn and I got to the word contempt. But also, we celebrate surpassing 7 years of podcasting. But back to contempt....
The impetus to this was a simple pop up screen one day and I'm surprised to say we had so much more fun that I expected.
Early in the episode Sensei Landyn mentions Brene Brown. I mention the spelling here in case you want to look her up. I did - very interesting.
