Mary the mother of Jesus is recorded as speaking only 4 times in Scripture. The Song of Mary found in Luke 1 is revolutionary. It declares that on the day the Almighty does His thing the mighty are cast down and the lowly are lifted up. This challenges the system of the world and is a challenge to our thinking also. When we humble ourselves God can meet us in deeply profound ways.
