Would anyone miss your light?
In a church in Switzerland, worshipers bring a light from home each week. When someone is absent, the congregation simply says, "We missed your light." It is a beautiful reminder that every believer matters and that Jesus shines through ordinary people.
In this first message of the Make Disciples series, Pastor Jason explores Leviticus 24:1-4 and discovers that disciple-making begins with light shining in the darkness. What does an ancient lampstand in the Tabernacle have to do with the Church, evangelism, and your everyday life? More than you might think.
Through connections to Revelation and Philippians, we see that Jesus, our Great High Priest, tends the lamps and calls His people to shine with His presence in a dark world. Your light is not meant to be hidden. It is meant to bring hope, encouragement, and point others to Christ.
Whether you feel unnoticed, spiritually dim, or simply wonder if your life makes a difference, this message is a reminder that Jesus has not forgotten you—and neither has His Church.
