After about a month of quarantine, most of us have been relegated to working from home or just... at home. With the loss of a routine comes an amplified effect of the little things we've taken for granted: having a dedicated workspace that isn't your home, a commute of some sort that requires exposure to the outdoors, and some non-exercise movement, and general inactivity to name a few.
