A large chunk of the country watched as T. Higgins collided into the chest of Bills safety Damar Hamlin. After immediately getting back up, Damar collapsed 2 seconds later. The emergency responders spent over 15 minutes performing cpr to try to revive Hamlin.
It took a whole hour for the NFL to decide to permanently suspend the game. Why??
