In this bonus episode, grace shares what's underneath the frustration, resentment, guilt and the plaguing sense that you're not doing enough to save the world.

Be sure to listen to the end, for a simple and portable embodiment practice to help you ground into the present moment.
“Your capacity and your prowess to embody the Beauty of the New Earth is more important than all the things you are DO-ing.” — grace allerdice
