Jesus invites us into the king of rest he experiences with the Heavenly Father. One where God is already at work, and everything is complete in him. Our part then is to unbusy ourselves from the pace of the world, and to learn a new pace of what God is doing, and attune to him. Many of us are used to prayer that is like a to-do list for God. But, Jesus models a prayer life that gains clarity, power, esteem, and direction from his time with the Father.
