We're joined by Fennimore head coach Chad Steldt on the show and Chad had so many great things to say that we figured it would be best for the listener to split this into two parts! In this segment of the Chad Steldt conversation, Chad discusses his wrestling history, diving into his high school and college wrestling career. He then discusses his time coaching at Ellsworth, his decision-making process leading to his move to Fennimore, and how he used lessons learned from his time at Ellsworth to help build (along with many others in the Fennimore community) the Golden Eagles into the program we know them as today. We leave off on a cliffhanger, as we discuss Chad's first few years at Fennimore and the end result of the last two seasons, leading into what will ultimately be our conversation on this year's team which comes out in two days!
