"Jesus Christ is the God of peace. And we can have the peace of God because Jesus went through something very unpeaceful for us. He experienced so much anxiety and stress that He sweat blood. He died a violent death on the cross in our place for our sin and lost His peace so that we can have the peace of God. And He loves you enough to die for you to experience His present peace."
